Terms of Service

By creating an account or using KefiFam, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Hanuly Innovations.

KefiFam is intended for use by parents and legal guardians ("Guardians") and their children. You must be at least 18 years old to create a Guardian account. Children's accounts are created and managed by their Guardian. By creating a child profile, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and have the legal authority to consent to their use of the app.

Kefi Points are virtual tokens used within the app to track progress and rewards. You acknowledge that Kefi Points have no real-world monetary value, are not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any item of value outside the app. Kefi Points are non-transferable.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and Guardian PIN. Do not share your Guardian PIN with your children or third parties. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@kefifam.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to: • Use KefiFam for any unlawful purpose. • Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the app or its servers. • Use the service to build a competitive product.

You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g., profile photos, task proof images). By uploading content, you grant KefiFam a limited, non-exclusive, world-wide license to store and display that content within the app solely for the purpose of providing our service to your family hub.

If you believe that any content in the app infringes your copyright, please notify us at support@kefifam.com. We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices and remove infringing content in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hanuly Innovations and its officers from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to KefiFam at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the interests of Hanuly Innovations.

KefiFam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for the behaviour, habits, or actions of any child. Use of the app is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hanuly Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to the app shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Wyoming.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in Wyoming, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. You and Hanuly Innovations agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of KefiFam after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
